Diamondback 8560XD Extreme Duty Truck Scale
Diamondback 8560XD130,000 lb concentrated load capacity, for off-road haul traffic
Haul trucks don't slow down for the scale. Quarry and mine decks take braking shock, side loads and vibration on every cycle — which is exactly the abuse the Diamondback's self-restoring design was engineered around.

The Diamondback 8560XD carries a 130,000 lb concentrated load capacity on NTEP Certificate of Conformance 89-016, with Measurement Canada approval AM-6004. Its double-ended shearbeam cells sit in self-restoring mounts: after every impact and hard stop, the weighbridge returns to center on its own.
Remote pits punish electronics as hard as they punish steel. The 218 RF wireless remote display replaces the data cable with a radio link that reaches up to 1,000 ft outdoors in line of sight (300 ft indoors). Its 5.0 in. digits read from up to 300 ft, so operators stay out of the dust. For wet or corrosive processing sites, the Falcon XD brings hermetically sealed IP69K stainless load cells to extreme-duty traffic.
Coal, aggregate and ore leave the site by rail as well as by road. The 8765 above-ground track scale carries 85 tons per section on hermetically sealed stainless rocker column load cells, and Intalogix® Technology names a failing cell instead of leaving a technician to hunt for it — on a loadout where track time is the thing you cannot get back.
A stopped scale stops the pit. Thurman’s distributor network is factory-trained on every deck and indicator in the line, and operator manuals and product bulletins download from this site — no forms, no waiting. So do the Falcon and Diamondback installation manuals. Service manuals are in your distributor’s portal.
