TS3300.
The connected indicator.
A vehicle-weighing indicator with an embedded web server: ticket formats, transaction history and load-cell diagnostics from any browser on the plant network, with no PC software to install or license. Analog or Intalogix®, NEMA 12 desktop or NEMA 4X washdown.

No PC software. No guesswork.
Embedded web server
Build ticket formats, view and download transactions, and run load-cell diagnostics from a browser on the same local network as the indicator — no software to install or license.
Analog & Intalogix
The third digit is the load-cell interface: 0 for analog scales, 1 for Intalogix Technology — digital load-cell communication with cell-by-cell diagnostics that pinpoint a failing cell, plus built-in surge protection.
Weighing modes
Gross-Tare-Net and inbound/outbound, plus accumulation in Scale App mode. One indicator covers the scale house and the plant floor.
Built for the field
The last digit is the enclosure: 1 for the NEMA 12 desktop console, an aluminum base with a powder-coated mild steel cover; 2 for the NEMA 4X stainless steel washdown housing on a desk or wall stand, rated to 100% humidity against 90% for the desktop.
Legal for trade
NTEP Certificate of Conformance 25‑080 covers all 4 models: both load-cell interfaces and both housings. Measurement Canada approval AM‑6004.
Standard on every model
10/100 Base-T Ethernet, two RS-232 ports, an isolated 20 mA loop and two USB ports on every unit. The single expansion slot takes Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, DeviceNet or analog output.
4 models, one indicator
Display, keypad, operating modes, standard comms, the expansion slot, the accessory-card list, the web server and the NTEP certificate are the same across all 4. Only the load-cell interface and the enclosure change.

Analog or Intalogix.
Every Thurman electronic scale is configured with one of two load-cell interfaces. Specify an analog interface to combine all the load cell signals into one that is read by the indicator, or trade up to Intalogix for a modern digital solution with the latest in lightning and surge technologies.
One summed signal, trimmed section by section.
- One Analog Section Controller for each truck scale section
- Each section is trimmed at a potentiometer on its controller
- The controllers interconnect and send one analog signal to the indicator
Serviced with a meter and standard test equipment.
Every load cell reported, trimmed at the indicator.
- One Smart Sectional Controller for each truck scale section
- Controllers daisy-chain on a digital path
- One pit power supply per scale, with built-in lightning and surge protection
- The indicator reads each load cell and section for diagnostics
Digitize each load cell signal at the scale for individual monitoring, with enhanced protection against lightning and electrical surges.
Analog signalDigital data
One ordering rule. A scale supplied with Intalogix must be ordered with an Intalogix indicator at the same time — the interface and the indicator are specified together. Your distributor confirms which interface a given model ships with at quotation.
Truck, rail and floor scales
The TS3300 is the current scale-house indicator for Diamondback and Falcon alike — the TS3301 on analog scales, the TS3311 where Intalogix is specified, and the TS3302 or TS3312 where the indicator has to live in the wash-down area rather than the scale house. The washdown models aren't limited to truck scales, either: they also pair with the Avenger floor scale on wet lines.
