TS600 Washdown Indicator
NEMA 4X stainless for the wash bay, on a desk stand or the wall
The TS600 washdown indicator suits truck wash lines, rendering plants and chemical loadout, and a wall mount keeps it out of the splash zone. A gasketed cover keeps its front-panel USB port sealed between transaction downloads. On the TS612, a technician reads per-cell counts and weights in the browser without opening the enclosure. It holds 1,000 tares and 100,000 transaction records.
The enclosure is stainless steel rated NEMA 4X, specified to 0 to 100% humidity, and measures 13.375 x 10.00 x 12.25 in. The TS612 connects over Intalogix® for cell-by-cell calibration and diagnostics, with Smart Sectional Controllers and a pit power supply on the scale. The TS602 takes analog cells in the same enclosure. Three RS232C, three USB 2.0, a 20 mA output and Ethernet TCP/IP are standard.

The technical picture
The TS612 is the sealed member of the TS600 line. The enclosure is stainless steel rated NEMA 4X and specified to 0 to 100% humidity, where the desktop TS611 is NEMA 12 and rated to 90%. It mounts on the supplied stand or on a wall, 13.375 in. knob-to-knob by 10.00 in. high by 12.25 in. deep.
Load cells connect over Intalogix® digital communication. Signals are digitized at scale-mounted Smart Sectional Controllers, so calibration and diagnostics run cell by cell. Three RS232C ports, three USB 2.0 ports, one 20 mA output and one RJ45 Ethernet TCP/IP port are standard.
Operation matches the rest of the line: three weigh modes, 1,000 stored tares and 100,000 transaction records. The web interface handles configuration, calibration and per-cell diagnostics. A gasketed cover keeps the front-panel USB port sealed between transaction downloads.

Required for each section of a truck scale or pair of load cells. Not included with the indicator - the price-book row for this indicator states the scale must be equipped with SSCs and PPS. Excitation voltage 6.3 VDC. Compatible with any analog load cell.

Required to power the Smart Sectional Controllers and not included with the indicator. An additional power supply is required for applications with more than 16 load cells.

Required to drive a 713 relay box or an ACC 778 LED traffic light. Not required when a 218T display controls the lights over the 20 mA interface. Only one expansion module fits socket J8, so it cannot be combined with a 4-20 mA card.

Specifier & operator FAQ
Is the TS612 rated for wash-down?
Yes. The enclosure is stainless steel rated NEMA 4X and specified to 0 to 100% humidity. The desktop TS611 is a different product: NEMA 12, rated to 90% humidity, and the manuals state the NEMA 12 units are not suitable for wash-down conditions.
How does the TS612 differ from the TS611?
Enclosure and mounting only. The TS612 is stainless NEMA 4X, desk stand or wall bracket, rated to 100% humidity. The TS611 is stainless and powder-coated steel, NEMA 12, desktop, rated to 90%. Firmware, ports, weigh modes and the web interface are identical.
Does it work with analog load cells?
No. The TS612 is the Intalogix version and requires Smart Sectional Controllers and a pit power supply on the scale. The analog equivalent in the same enclosure is the TS602, item 36180.
Which USB keyboards are listed for the TS612?
Two USB keyboards are offered as TS600 accessories: an 87-key, item 25498, and a 104-key, item 31036. Neither carries a washdown rating, so both belong in a dry office rather than in the wash area.
What is the warranty?
Two years on new product from date of shipment. Instrumentation, pit power supplies and Smart Sectional Controllers carry five years where Intalogix is installed and a service agreement with an authorized provider remains in effect for the warranty period.
